About you

• Proven track record in driving multi-channel marketing programmes, ideally within Tech (Data/API) or Energy related industries
• Fast learner, with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, and an eye for quality and attention to detail
• Great at prioritising and decision making in a complex, fast-paced environment
• +10 years of experience in marketing
• +5 years in senior marketing roles, effectively leading, inspiring, and mentoring others
• Experience building and growing a marketing team

What you’ll do

• Mission: Create Electricity Maps’ marketing strategy and team to contribute to company-wide strategic goals
• Identify the short to long term resources and levers needed to successfully execute on the strategy : hiring, budget, external agencies, key partnerships etc.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products
• Identify and monitor the metrics and KPIs that drive actionable insights for the team
• Deliver priorities and strategic projects hands-on while you build the team

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 DKK per month (depending on seniority)
• Company equity.
